Transportation Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Supervisor to oversee and manage daily transport operations. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, supervising drivers, managing fleet usage, and ensuring timely delivery of goods in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring operational efficiency and high service levels in our forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily transport schedules and routes
• Supervise and coordinate drivers to ensure punctual deliveries
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company policies
• Handle transport-related issues such as delays, breakdowns, and customer complaints
• Track delivery performance and generate regular reports
• Liaise with warehouse, customer service, and external vendors
• Identify opportunities to optimize transport costs and efficiency
