We are seeking bright professionals to join our organization as a Listed Companies Evaluation and Monitoring Officer. In this Position, you will be responsible for executing the evaluation process of the eligibility of potential Listed Companies, the listing process, monitoring of Listed Companies concerning Corporate Action plans and compliance with applicable regulations, mentoring, imposition of sanctions, suspension, delisting of Securities for Listed Companies, as well as updating Listed Companies and listed Securities to support the establishment of an Exchange that is orderly, fair, efficient, reliable, trustworthy, and transparent.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Management Finance
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in related field
• Having strong analytical thinking, information monitoring, and financial analysis skills
• Knowing the Capital Market will be preferred
• Having strong attention to detail
• Having an understanding of the Company Law (UUPT), Investment Law (UUPM), OJK Capital Market Regulations, and Listing Regulations in the context of law enforcement will be a plus
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data at the same time
