Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Accounting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Fresh Graduate welcome to apply for Accounting Staff Experience in Finance AP & AR for 1–2 years for Senior Finance Staff Experience in Accounting & Tax for 2-3 years for Accounting & Tax Supervisor Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records Process journal entries, invoices, and bank reconciliations Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes Prepare AP / AR reports Record payment journals in the accounting system Handle customer billing Input financial transactions accurately and on time Monitor transactions for compliance and accuracy Process supplier payments as scheduled Ensure the Accounting Team performs daily audit trails for all financial transactions Ensure the Accounting & Tax Team carries out their duties and responsibilities properly Prepare the company’s monthly financial reports Manage and oversee accounting and tax operations Ensure monthly closing is completed on time Assist in checking compliance, accuracy, timeliness, and correctness of tax calculations, financial reporting, and audits Prepare the company’s monthly financial reports Manage and oversee accounting and tax operations Ensure monthly closing is completed on time Assist in checking compliance, accuracy, timeliness, and correctness of tax calculations, financial reporting, and audits How many years’ experience do you have as an Accounting Role?
