Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all HR core functions, including payroll, Industrial Relations / Employee Relations (IR / ER), Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR systems, employment law, and HR policy development.
• Lead and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the HR department.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
• Manage HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Support the business in all HR-related matters to achieve organizational goals.
