Responsibilities
- Planning of Research and Product Development Activities :
Conduct literature reviews related to the research being undertaken.
Define research and development workflow.Gather as much information as possible on product development from customers.Coordinate with the Marketing department for the specifications requested by customers and for product matching.Execution of Research and Product Development and Its Applications :Evaluate quality and price targets and take action when necessary.
Evaluate and find solutions to obstacles and deviations that occur during research.Collaborate with the QC department for necessary analyses.Prepare research reports.Consumer Service :Assist and provide solutions to consumers if there are issues with purchased products or samples provided.
Visit consumers when required by the Marketing Department.Analyze competitor samples provided by the Marketing Department for comparison or reference.Control of Inventory for Materials and Equipment :Control the stock of materials and equipment in the R&D department.
Monitor the materials used in research.Maintenance, Calibration, and Repair :Monitor the implementation of maintenance, verification, and calibration.
Provide status updates on the results of maintenance, verification, and calibration.Perform other activities related to tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisorRequirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Engineering or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience.Expertise in Microbiological Analysis and Hydrocolloids .Understanding of HACCP, GMP, Halal, Sanitation, and Food Safety.#J-18808-Ljbffr
