Job descriptionPrepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports (in accordance with IFRS / GAAP). Handle general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes. Coordinate and support internal / external audits. Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance. Implement and monitor internal controls for financial transactions. Develop financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support company objectives. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making. Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and investment activities. Evaluate financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Taxation Minimum 3 years' experience as a Finance Acc Supervisor / more than 5 years as a Finance Acc Staff (Must have experience in the manufacturing industry) A Brevet A & B certificate preferred Able to use accounting systems such as ERP Experience as an AR & AP, creating financial reports / data support for financial consultants Familiarity with the latest Coretax tax system and understanding of the latest tax regulations Good command of English (written and spoken) - INTERVIEW WILL BE HELD IN ENGLISH Work placement in the Jatengland Industrial Park Sayung - Demak, Central Java
