Job descriptionProficiency in XERO / QuickBooks is essential. Master's Degree in Accounting would be a plus. 5+ years working experience in senior accounting and / or finance management. Non‑profit experience is a plus. Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow management, general finance and budgeting. Must have strong internal auditing experience / logistics. Good working knowledge of Indonesian taxation is a plus. Good analytical skills and ability to inform and summarize financial reports for management. Experience with corporate governance & compliance a plus. Highly organized, honest and work well under pressure. Develop and implement long‑term financial strategy aligned with organizational goals. Advise the CEO and board on financial planning, forecasting, and investment opportunities. Provide insight into business performance and support decision‑making with data. Oversee all accounting functions : general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate monthly / quarterly / year‑end closings and reports. Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax, legal, and financial regulations. Lead internal and external audits; manage relationships with tax consultants and authorities. Monitor financial risks and implement controls to protect assets and revenue. Manage and mentor finance and accounting staff. Establish clear KPIs, workflows, and review processes. Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Provide clear and timely financial reports to leadership and stakeholders. Create dashboards, presentations, and summaries for non‑financial managers. Assist in funding applications, grant reporting, or investor relations if applicable. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting standards. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia. Alignment with the values and lifestyle of House of Om (wellness, mindfulness, sustainability). Prepare, review, and record financial transactions in line with accounting standards. Record and manage all journal entries using the company's integrated ERP accounting system, ensuring accurate and real‑time tracking of financial data. Maintain and update general journal, general ledger, and financial statements (monthly & yearly). Manage supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash reports. Handle expense reports, reimbursement, and payroll reporting. Perform reconciliation for bank, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Monitor cash inflows and outflows in accordance with company procedures. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately, on time, and in line with company policies. Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports (VAT, PPh, and other applicable taxes). Liaise directly with the Indonesian Tax Office (DJP) to ensure compliance. Stay up to date with Indonesian tax regulations and implement changes as required. Consolidate financial reports across multiple outlets / entities into clear group‑level statements. Provide financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with analysis for management decision‑making. Organize and maintain financial records systematically for easy retrieval and reference. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Brevet A / B certification required (demonstrated knowledge of Indonesian taxation). Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to both bookkeeping and tax reporting. Experience preparing and submitting tax filings directly to the DJP preferred. Proven experience in multiple‑entity consolidation. Familiarity with ERP systems that include accounting modules. Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel. Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Analytical thinker with problem‑solving skills. Good communication skills, capable of liaising confidently with the tax office and management. Integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
