Director of sales – Luxury Hospitality
Location : Bali (with Jakarta oversight) | Global Market Focus
An exceptional opportunity exists for a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive the global commercial strategy for two distinctive luxury hotel properties based in Bali.
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for sustainability, who can accelerate growth across key international markets and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth, ADR and occupancy
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team across Bali and Jakarta
- Expand presence across international markets (North America, EU / UK, LATAM, Asia) through luxury travel trade networks
- Strengthen partnerships with leading travel consortia and membership programs (e.g. American Express, Virtuoso, Serendipians)
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to enhance brand visibility, drive demand, and ensure ROI on all sales activity
- Champion the brand’s regenerative and sustainability ethos in all commercial partnerships
About You
8–10+ years’ senior sales leadership experience within global luxury hotelsProven success driving market expansion and leading commercial teams across Asia-Pacific and global marketsExpertise in FIT, Groups and weddings, with deep knowledge of the luxury travel tradeStrong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting and ROI analysisStrategic, influential and passionate about sustainable hospitalityWhat’s on Offer
