Director of Sales reports directly to the General Manager.
Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, enhance market share, and strengthen brand positioning. This role leads the overall sales function, ensuring alignment with the business objectives of Taman Safari Bali.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, action plans, and targets to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and develop innovative approaches.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns and guest programs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote Taman Safari Bali’s products and services.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, theme park, or tourism industry.Proven track record in achieving revenue targets, business development, and client relationship management.Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing business needs, and drive innovation in sales strategies.Due to the high volume of applications, only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.
