Develop and execute comprehensive digital performance marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand positioning.
Manage digital marketing budgets across paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.) to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Product, Sales) to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.
2. Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, display, social media, video, and other digital platforms.
Drive full‑funnel performance—from awareness to conversion and retention.
Oversee A / B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
3. Analytics & Optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.) using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Manage external agencies.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure campaign materials are optimized for each channel.
Partner with the data and technology teams to enhance tracking, attribution, and marketing automation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in performance or digital marketing.
Proven track record managing large‑scale digital ad campaigns with measurable results.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven expertise in SEM, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Ability to think creatively, identify trends, and adapt strategies in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
