Job Description
Develop and implement high-performing campaign management and execution of display advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize display campaigns across various platforms (Google Display Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc)
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct A / B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
- Identify optimization opportunities / growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Lab, Sales & Marketing team, Product team) to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in display advertising
- Execute and prioritize all the tasks / activities within the managed campaigns
- Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Capable of leading and managing small projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team
- Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered
Requirements
Graduated from reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on display advertisingProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)Experience with A / B testing and performance optimization techniquesProven track record of managing and optimizing display advertising campaignsPossess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalabilityExcellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysisGood communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellenceAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc)Proficient in Facebook Manager, Tiktok and Google Ads Manager is a mustIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
