Cosmetics Strategy Lead : Drive MINISO's SEA growth via supplier management, localized products, and revenue-focused execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop the overall strategy for the cosmetics project in Southeast Asian overseas direct markets, including product selection, pricing, channel distribution, and marketing promotion, ensuring the cosmetics category becomes a core driver of store revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to continuously optimize the positioning and operational strategies of the cosmetics project.
- Responsible for the selection, negotiation, and relationship management of cosmetics suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards in quality, cost, and delivery time.
- Establish and maintain long-term stable partnerships with suppliers, driving supply chain efficiency improvements and cost optimization.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and optimize supplier resources to ensure supply chain stability and flexibility.
- Lead the product selection strategy for cosmetics, curating competitive product portfolios based on overseas market demands and brand positioning.
- Track product launch performance, analyze sales data, optimize product mix, phase out low-performing SKUs, and improve overall gross profit margin.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotion plans for the cosmetics category, including sales campaigns, KOL collaborations, and social media marketing, to enhance brand exposure and sales conversion.
- Provide overseas stores with display recommendations, sales training, and operational support for cosmetics products to ensure effective execution.
- Work closely with procurement, supply chain, finance, store operations, and other departments to ensure the smooth progress of the cosmetics project and efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate with overseas teams to drive the implementation and execution of the cosmetics project across markets, resolving localization challenges.
