Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who enjoys working in a fast‑growing cloud communications company and thrives in an international environment. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and developing both inbound and outbound new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Successfully prospect and close new clients / partners in line with the agreed strategy (full sales‑cycle ownership)
• Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business for 8x8 to agreed annual qualitative and quantitative targets
• Responsible for managing the relationship with key accounts and interacting at all levels within the customer’s organization
• Actively and successfully manage the entire sales process
• Manage and develop the sales pipeline, ensuring all sales administration is kept up‑to‑date
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation
• Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored
• Be able to handle sales objection, CXO conversations, rally industry executive relationships, negotiate and close deals
• Participate in sales and marketing activities and relevant global industry events; build current account strategy based on analyzing data to find opportunities and prove value
• Keeping updated on industry trends and movements and advising management accordingly through regular networking
• Introducing, uploading and maintaining relevant prospect / customer information into the company’s CRM tool
