Quantity Surveyor - Data Center

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning, procurement, and contract management for our data center projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with proven experience in critical infrastructure sectors such as data centers, hospitals, or industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for MEP works across both CAPEX (capital projects) and OPEX (operational spending).
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design documents to develop Bills of Quantity (BoQ).
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, operations) to ensure scope alignment and feasibility.
• Evaluate tender documents and quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct cost and price analysis, and support technical and commercial negotiations.
• Assist in the procurement process, from bid comparison to purchase order (PO) issuance, coordinating with legal or contract teams as needed.
• Monitor and manage contract variations (VOs), additional cost claims, and extension of time requests related to MEP works.
