We are seeking an experienced ICT Manager with 15–20 years of expertise to lead the planning, deployment, and support of our company’s ICT infrastructure. This role ensures secure, reliable, and scalable technology services that align with business operations and future growth. The ICT Manager will oversee hybrid infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), O365, networks, endpoints, ICT projects, vendor management, and budgeting, while leading a high-performing ICT team.

Work Location : Head Office, Jakarta

Reporting Line : This position reports directly to the Enterprise Systems & ICT Head

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15–20 years of progressive experience in ICT infrastructure and operations as ICT Manager.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ICT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud).
• Proficiency in network management : LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN.
• Skilled in Windows OS (Server & Endpoint) and Active Directory.
• Proven Office365 administration experience.
• Strong track record in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
• Experience with data center operations (on-prem and cloud).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written).
