Senior Data Analyst, Marketing Innovation (New Channel Growth)

The Marketing Innovations Team at Agoda identifies and develops new marketing channels with high growth potential. This department is creative, data-driven, and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs to ensure Agoda’s leadership in new and emerging channels. The team blends analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists. Marketing leadership has deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing fields and supports a culture of data, creativity, and technology. You will learn and grow by collaborating with experts from around the world.

In this role, you’ll get to :

• Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda's new and emerging marketing channels
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A / B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth
• Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using SQL and Tableau
• Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to key stakeholders, including senior management
