• Experience leading segment strategies and supporting overall hotel sales targets
• Hands-on key account management with strong conversion skills
• Data-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline, and market analysis
• Ability to mentor Sales Managers and Executives
• Proficiency with CRM / sales systems and Microsoft Office
