Prospecting for listings from large company databases and external sources.

Managing and running innovative marketing campaigns & strategies.

Creating social media promotions.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or related fields, and / or graduated from universities in Melbourne or reputable universities.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate, residential sales, or selling luxurious products.
• Experience in prospecting and maintaining databases.
• Motivated to pursue and generate new opportunities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Canva or other graphic design programs.
• Strong self-motivation & initiative, optimistic, eager to earn more income.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High level of personal and professional presentation.
• Willing to work on weekends and travel out of Jakarta during exhibitions.
