Conduct assessment and research to ascertain and clarify product briefs and customers’ need.

Project Case

Ascertain business case for the briefs, including revenue projection, timeline launches, preparing costing and verify profitability (margin level) of the new products, working with Commercial team.

Project Management

• Timeline Management : Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Resource Allocation : Organize and manage resources effectively across various stages of product development.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Budget Management

Manage the budget for new product development projects, ensuring costs are controlled and within limits to secure good profitability.

Financial Analysis

Coordinate with Costing FNA partner to monitor and report on financial performance related to the new products, including sales, costs, wastage and overall profitability.

Quality Assurance

Process Optimization

Continuously assess and improve the NPD process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Innovation

Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate innovative practices into new product development process.
