Site Manager MEP Project

Overview

Oversee the execution of all construction activities for fire safety projects, including scheduling, resource management and quality control. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address any issues that arise. Monitor project progress and budgets, identifying and resolving any variances or risks to successful delivery. Ensure construction work complies with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies. Lead and motivate the on-site construction team, providing guidance, training and performance management. Maintain detailed project records and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
