Job Description Summary

As a Project Engineer – MEP, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the lifecycle of construction and fit-out projects. You’ll work closely with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, technical compliance, and quality execution of all MEP works.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate MEP Design and Execution : Ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are implemented according to project specifications and timelines.
• Review Technical Submittals and Drawings : Validate contractor submissions for compliance with design intent, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor Site Installation and Quality : Supervise MEP works on-site, conduct inspections, and enforce quality control measures.
• Resolve Technical and Coordination Issues : Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to address design conflicts and site challenges.
• Support Testing, Commissioning, and Handover : Assist in system commissioning, verify performance, and ensure proper documentation for final handover.
