Manage end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Handle employee relations, ensuring effective communication and a positive working environment.
Handling payroll calculation, including employee tax (PPh 21).
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures.
Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower planning and training needs.
Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees, providing translation and interpretation as needed.
Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR .
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) .
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
