Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law, Management, Psychology
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Understand and strong in Legal, Recruitment, Organization & People Development, ComBen, HR Services, Industrial Relation, K3 and ISO 9001 : 2015.
Good in Managerial Team, Leadership, Negotiation and Communication Skill.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft and Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Systems.
Able to work under pressure
