Oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment, organizational managements, benefits, industrial relation and HR administration.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with business goals.
Promote a positive workplace environment and employee engagement across all departments.
Prepare HR reports for internal stakeholders and government authorities (e.g., labor office, auditors).
Able to handling employee & industrial relation related issues independently
Lead and supervise team include providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Have an experience in retail industry is a point plus
Perform other HR duties as assigned
