• About the role
• We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Chief Engineering to support in overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency of our premium residential property. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and commitment to service excellence.
• What you will do
• Assist Engineering Dept Head in planning and managing all engineering and maintenance operations- Supervise daily activities of the Engineering team, including technicians and contractors.- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently and in timely manner- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing issues- Support energy saving- and sustainability initiatives across the property.
• What you bring
• Minimum 3-5 years of engineering experience Residential, Hotel of Mixed-use properties- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Engineering- Strong leadership and technical problem -solving skills- Hands-on experience with building systems (MEP, HVAC, water pumps, Generator, etc)- Familiar with local safety, health and building regulations- Able to operate Building Automation System is a plus
