Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online content management, preferably within the beauty or luxury retail sector. Proven track record in managing D2C websites and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in utilizing web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, or similar platforms. Familiarity with SEO best practices and A / B testing methodologies. Experience with Salesforce (CRM, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) is a strong plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A strong passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics. Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
