Overview
Working with the Sales team to identify client technical needs and compile optimal IT solutions. Provide technical consultation throughout the selling process, including technical presentations and answering client questions. Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical development teams to ensure solutions are suitable for the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and compile technical documents, including technical proposals, product specifications, and Proof of Concept (PoC) for IT solutions.
- Perform administration for presales activities and follow technology developments to propose innovative solutions for clients.
Qualifications
At least 3–5 years of experience in Presales, especially in the IT Consulting industry.Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related major.Deep knowledge in IT Management, IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, System Integration, and Enterprise Software Solutions.Ability to develop and present technical solutions for clients; experience in developing technical proposals, demonstrating products, and compiling PoC.Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; capable of working under pressure and within schedules.Having valid certifications in IT Governance, IT Service Management, Cyber Security, or Project Management (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) is advantageous.Company
