What will you do?

You will leverage your strong consulting experience and knowledge of the Indonesian market to drive forward growth of the firm. In addition to building the business and overseeing program delivery, you will also build strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, increasing revenues and building brand awareness.

More specifically, you will

• Demonstrate Mission Critical Behaviours, and encourage others to do the same in contributing to the delivery of global growth objectives, and lead the execution of the regional strategy
• Take a key leadership role in your area of expertise, managing and developing teams within the Indonesia market
• Set the right example throughout the firm in terms of work ethics, personal conduct and crisis management
• Build strong relationships with key clients on improvement initiatives and leadership teams, and be regarded as a trusted advisor to senior client executives
• Bring deep experience in operations consulting (e.g. operational improvement and excellence, cost reduction, sustainability, risk management)
• Bring deep sector experience in, and established relationships with key stakeholders from one of Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Chemicals / Petrochemicals, Power / Utilities, Manufacturing / FMCG
