Safety Environment General Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all SE activities, including data requirements for annual budgets, programs implemented, and providing solutions based on monthly SE reports provided by the SE Manager.
• Responsible for preparing accident reports for the Board of Directors.
• Responsible for evaluating the SE management system (including procedures and SOPs, as well as reviewing draft revisions to ensure accuracy and updates).
• Responsible for weekly SE patrols and monthly Board of Directors patrols by conducting safety analyses during inspections.
• Responsible for and monitoring the implementation of SE activities.
• Ensuring the development and implementation of training programs.
• Responsible for the SE annual report to the Board of Directors and APRHQ (as needed).
• Submit all findings and reports during the Annual Management Review Meeting as input to improve the company\'s Safety and Quality systems.
• Maintain good communication and collaboration with owners, consultants, government agencies, and third-party organizations regarding Safety and Environment (SE) issues.
