What you'll do :

This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing healthy stock term, building and maintaining relationships with dealerships, and ensuring that sales targets and customer satisfaction goals are achieved within the assigned territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, strategic planning, and the ability to lead and inspire others to deliver exceptional results.

About you :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial and area sales role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
