We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Business Intelligence, to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help our teams move faster and smarter. This role is critical to building a trusted data environment and accelerating decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

• BI Solutions Delivery : Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that directly influence strategic and operational decisions.
• Insight Partnering : Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into effective BI solutions and actionable insights.
• Data Governance : Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness across all BI outputs.
• Adoption & Enablement : Drive adoption of BI tools and data literacy across the company, enabling non-technical teams to make informed decisions.
• Continuous Improvement : Refine methodologies, automation, and reporting processes to shorten delivery times and increase impact.
