Uraian TugasAct as Product Manager for Technology, gathering requirements from internal departments and translating them into scalable tech solutions. Manage product timelines and agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team; conduct code reviews and pair programming as needed. Maintain high software engineering standards and documentation practices. Identify and solve pain points across departments by building practical, user-focused tools. Ensure systems are designed with scalability and maintainability in mind, without over-engineering. Coordinate closely with the CEO, remaining calm under pressure and focused on solutions. Be a relationship-builder, not just a code wizard — foster collaboration and clarity across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Head of Tech.
- Strong background in agile product development and sprint cycles.
- Experience managing or mentoring engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, especially in internal product roles.
- Data-driven mindset with strong documentation habits.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
- Familiar with the following tech stack :
- Backend : Golang
- Frontend : React, Next.js, React Native
- Mobile : Expo
- Database : PostgreSQL
- Cloud : Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of ERP systems and / or construction industry workflows.
- 1–3 years of experience in property or construction tech is a plus.
