We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our dynamic creative team at Floothink Digital Agency . This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a digital or creative agency environment, managing multiple clients across industries such as automotive, FMCG, beauty, and lifestyle .
Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Account Director / Senior Account Manager in a Digital, Creative, or 360° Agency
Proven experience handling client accounts and managing integrated marketing campaigns
Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, branding, and content / production workflow
Preferred candidates with experience managing accounts in the Automotive and / or FMCG industries
Excellent leadership skills – able to inspire, manage, and grow account teams
Exceptional communication, client servicing, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients / projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
Strong business acumen and revenue-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary contact for key clients.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships through trust, transparency, and strategic direction.
Proactively identify client needs and propose solutions.
Strategic Campaign
Develop integrated campaign strategies across digital, social media, and production.
Translate client objectives into measurable and effective campaigns.
Ensure strategies are aligned with market trends and consumer insights.
Manage and mentor account managers and executives to achieve high performance.
Foster collaboration between account, creative, media, and production teams.
Encourage innovation, ownership, and accountability within the team.
Project & Business Management
Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable reports.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
