Uraian TugasBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 8-10 years of progressive management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong operational expertise across multiple service departments. Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L, and revenue management. Proven track record in delivering superior guest experiences and service quality. Strong leadership, people management, and staff development skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends and implement competitive strategies. Excellent communication and public relations skills; proficiency in English required. High adaptability, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
Overview
Monroe Consulting Group is currently assisting a leading local hospital group in Indonesia. They are seeking a General Manager Operations for their new hospital unit located in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all hospital operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
- Manage financial performance through budgeting, revenue forecasting, and expense control.
- Drive guest (patient & visitor) satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving issues.
- Lead and develop staff through recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Set strategic goals and implement growth initiatives while monitoring market trends.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the hospital to the public and stakeholders.
