TikTok Shop - GTL Logistics - Network Performance Lead - Indonesia
The Network Performance Lead is responsible for optimizing the logistics network from first mile to last mile. This role identifies bottlenecks, drives process improvements, and aligns various teams to improve delivery SLAs and cost efficiency across the entire logistics chain.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve lead time and cost across all legs (first mile, sortation, linehaul, last mile).
- Identify process bottlenecks and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Design and implement changes to the logistics network to enhance delivery SLA and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (linehaul, sort, last mile, FM) to align performance targets and processes.
- Benchmark internal network metrics against industry standards and identify gaps.
