About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support specialist to join our dynamic team at PT STUDILMU TEKNOLOGI GLOBAL'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, this position plays a crucial role in maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a range of IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, applications, and peripherals
• Assisting with the implementation and management of IT security measures to protect company data and systems
• Documenting IT-related processes and procedures and contributing to the development of IT support resources
• Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall IT infrastructure and user experience
• Providing training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and applications
• Providing assistance in system development and other tasks when needed
• Miscellaneous IT duties and management of peripherals, such as CCTV, PABX, and related equipment
