Uraian Tugas

Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Majoring in Business / Economics / Supply Chain

Minimum 5 years with past experience in Business Development at a Third-Party Logistics Company or related field.

Solid sales and marketing background.

Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Processes Analysis : Procurement, Warehousing, Customer Order Management, Transportation.

Excellent Oral Communication skills; able to speak clearly and concisely; solid group presentation skills.

Excellent Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively and can work with spelling and grammar.

Aggressive, self-motivated, sense of urgency

Experience in completing and working with various RFP’s (Request for Proposal)

Knowledge of Warehousing Management Systems (WMS) is a plus

Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus

Understanding of General Supply Chain Management

General Knowledge of Domestic and International Transportation (FTL, LTL)

Detailed oriented

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Computer Literate - proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities :

Proven track record of sales experience in the 3PL industry is a must, strong business sense, proven logistics sales and negotiation skills.

Identify and pursue new clients for logistics outsourcing projects. Able to give

Target-oriented agreed revenue and margin objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Prospecting, market intelligence, building and developing a strategic focus in closing sales

Clear business plan strategy, numbers calculations, execution, tracking, and result-oriented.

Weekly and monthly systematic reports, data, and market intelligence to the Director

Able to work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders.

We are an established 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) which is a joint venture between an Indonesian and a Japanese top 3PL in both countries. We are task-oriented and success driven to provide end-to-end logistics services to all our Clients. Our team is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Group to establish and expand new businesses. We have our own system that can be linked to our Clients to reduce redundancy in common warehousing practices.
