Team Leadership & Development
Lead and coach the business development team (BD managers, executives, account leads).Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and target-driven team culture.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with campaign, creative, finance, and ops teams for integrated delivery.Provide strategic guidance to internal teams during pitching and proposal stages.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor sales pipelines, performance metrics, and growth initiatives.Deliver regular performance reports and business insights to C-level management.JOB REQUIREMENT :
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in influencer marketing, digital agencies, media, or tech platforms.Proven track record in closing brand deals and managing strategic client relationships.Strong existing network within brands, agencies, or talent management companies is a plus.Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset and results orientation.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to develop strategic, data-informed sales proposals.Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a growing team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
