Industry : Automotive Industry (Commercial Vehicle)

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have min. 8 years working experience in managerial level
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Strong understanding in Automotive Sales and Aftermarket business in Indonesia.
  • Good Technical Knowledge about commercial vehicle.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Have excellent negotiation skills

Job Descriptions

  • Execute Sales plan to achieve targeted volume and market share.
  • Responsible for studying & mapping market opportunity in each tonnage segment in the market and making a plan with company product offerings.
  • To increase market share in overall Region and revenue by entering unrepresented geographies. Short term goal of market entry and long term goal of profitability increase & de-risking from major market.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of accounts with channel partner to settle any outstanding payment
