Objective

To groom, nurture and develop young talent for junior management positions with potential to grow within the organization and / or the group for future succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Work closely alongside owner(s) in multiple projects
• Opportunity to rotate across multiple functions over time; examples : Business Development, Project Coordination, Sales, Marketing, etc.
• Understand how the business operates and anticipate potential bottlenecks that might hinder project progress
• Ensure the line of communication is clear and concise
• Provide support to relevant stakeholders to meet required deadlines
• Review documents and contracts to ensure compliance with the SPO
• Conduct ad-hoc data / financial analysis if required
• Understand how each division operates and assist management to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in the company’s strategic planning

Location and Compensation

Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia; Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia; Jakarta Metropolitan Area. Salary ranges vary by location : IDR 60,000,000 – 144,000,000 per year (examples shown in listings).
