Senior Associate Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive display advertising strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of display campaigns across various platforms (Google Display Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc).
• Oversee end-to-end management of display campaigns, from creative development to media buying and performance analysis.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and conduct A / B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
• Identify optimization opportunities / growth, and analyze the impact and effort required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Lab, Sales & Marketing, Product) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in display advertising.
• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Capable of leading and managing small to medium projects with minimal supervision, which can potentially create value for the whole team; generate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.
