As a Performance Marketing Associate at Pluang, you will own full-funnel paid media to deliver efficient NTU growth within CAC, cohort payback (monthly), and cohort tROAS constraints. You'll build reach with YouTube / Video and Discovery / GDN, capture intent via SEM (exact / phrase), ASA, and competitor conquesting, and drive conversions with UAC (install). You'll be actively involved in using AI tools to research, optimize, automate, and measure campaign impact. Youll rebalance budgets by marginal ROAS and expected payback; run weekly experiments across audience, creative, bidding, placements, and surfaces; and collaborate weekly with Content, Product, CRM, Organic, and Data teams to develop scalable concepts. Codify learnings, scale winners fast, and keep tracking, brand-safety, and compliance tight.

- Volume, Mix & Resilience : Higher NTU and new install volume within cohort payback guardrails, with deliberate channel diversification to reduce single-channel dependency.
- Efficiency & Share : Improved CAC and cohort tROAS; higher Paid SOV on priority / competitive terms.
- Experimentation Velocity : Weekly documented tests and scaled wins; systematized A / B roadmap
- Measurement Integrity : AppsFlyer as source of truth; zero critical data gaps or policy breaches.
Responsibilities
Paid acquisition : Structured A / B tests; tight creative refresh; CAC / tROAS / monthly payback guardrails.YouTube Boosting : Optimize YouTube spend to drive subscribers while improving installs.Search-based acquisition : SEM (exact / phrase) + ASA on priority intents; impression-share objectives.Competitive targeting : Conquest across SEM / ASA / YouTube with brand defense rules, compliance, and overlap limits.App campaigns (UAC) : Roadmap focused on NTU acquisition and maximizing NIVExecution
Build : Standardize structures, naming, and UTMs; map events / postbacks in AppsFlyer (incl. SKAN).Launch / QA : Pre-flight checklist; enforce brand defense rules on branded / exact; compliant competitor conquesting.Pacing & Bids : Daily reallocation by marginal ROAS and expected payback; tune budgets / targets.Creative Ops : Weekly asset refresh quotas; version control and rapid rollout.Testing : Weekly audience x creative x bidding experiments; log decisions & wins.Automation / AI : Use AI / scripts for keyword mining, naming / QA, alerting, and quick analysis.Budgeting : Rebalance by marginal ROAS and expected payback.Requirements

Hands-on experience in paid acquisition / performance marketing for consumer apps, with measurable wins delivering NTU and efficiency.Proven to manage CAC, cohort tROAS, and monthly cohort payback; familiarity with holdouts.Channel expertise : Google Ads (Search / YouTube / Discovery), Tiktok, Meta, Apple Search Ads (ASA), UAC (install / actionCampaign strategy : keyword / audience research → briefs → QA / launch → measurement; enforce brand defense rules for competitor terms.Measurement : AppsFlyer(event schema, postbacks, SKAN), cohort / lift analysis.Analytical fluency : Looker Studio / Excel; experiment design and readouts.AI fluency : ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini for research, creative variants, QA, and light automationNice-to-Have (Plus)
