Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in collection management within multi-finance or banking industry, covering both productive and consumer financing. Proven success in managing delinquency, NPL recovery, and third-party collection operations. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. In-depth understanding of repossession, restructuring, and recovery processes for Heavy Equipment and Automotive. Familiar with financial industry regulations and consumer protection standards. High integrity, resilience, and results-oriented mindset. Willing to travel for business purposes frequently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective collection strategies for productive and consumer financing portfolios.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance (CurrentRate, flowrate, rollrate, NPL) and recommend strategic actions.
- Lead, coach, and supervise the collection team (desk Collection, Field Collection, Collection Supervisor and third-party collectors).
- Manage repossession and asset recovery processes for heavy equipment and automotive loans.
- Review and propose restructuring, settlement, or repossession proposals in accordance with company policy.
- Manage and evaluate performance of third-party agencies to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present collection performance reports and recovery improvement plans to management.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digital initiatives to enhance collection efficiency.
- Handle escalated and complex collection cases, providing guidance and resolution direction.
