Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and government or regulatory bodies.Represent IronFX at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.Market Expertise
Monitor local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments.Provide insights and recommendations to global leadership to shape market strategy.Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience in Business Development, operations, and Sales Leadership, ideally within the Financial Services, brokerage, or Fintech sectors.Proven track record of leading teams and managing P&L in a dynamic market environment.Strong understanding of Indonesia’s market, culture, and regulatory landscape.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and an entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Full Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.What We Offer
