Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.Support SEA HRM with the execution of HR policies and initiatives in specified regions.Talent Acquisition and Management
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to acquire top talent.Actively source talents, ensure suitable candidates (CVs) are presented to hiring managers in a timely manner.Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and performance management.Support managers in talent assessment, development, and retention.Employee Relations and Engagement
Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair application of policies.Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.Address employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations as needed.Compliance and Legal Matters
Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices in IndonesiaEnsure company compliance with local labor lawsCollaborate with legal counsel on HR-related legal issues.HR Operations and Administration

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource ManagementMinimum 4-5 years’ experience in HR expertise and Managerial level.Excellent people management skills and being a trusted advisor able to build good relationships amongst stakeholders, team members and peersStrong problem-solving skills, objective orientedAttention to detail, spirit of striving for excellence;Multitasking and able to complete assigned task within deadlineAble to handle work pressure; being resilient and intergrityAn effective communicator with a good command of EnglishGood initiative, ability to manage / resolve conflict, adaptability with change and cultural diversity
