General Affairs role responsible for overseeing and managing all General Affairs activities to ensure smooth office and facility operations, regulatory compliance, and efficient support for overall company functions. Key areas include facility and asset management, office administration, people and vendor management, corporate events, and safety, security and health.
Responsibilities
- Facility & Asset Management – Maintain and optimize company facilities and assets.
- Office Administration & Services – Ensure effective administrative processes and office services.
- People & Vendor Management – Manage internal teams and external vendor relationships.
- Corporate Events & Activities – Plan and coordinate company-wide events and initiatives.
- Safety, Security & Health – Oversee K3 implementation and ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge of facility management, procurement, compliance, and K3 standards.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.Seniority level
