Overview
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on B2B Sales Lead to join our team. You’ll be the spearhead of our growth, building relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their pain points, and driving adoption of our solutions. This is a role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, independent, ambitious, and hungry to close deals.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads across key industries
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles (from prospecting to closing)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision makers
- Collaborate with the founding team to refine sales strategy and go-to-market approach
- Track KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement

We offer a hybrid arrangement of base salary + success fee + commission designed to reward performance while providing stability
