Overview
The Marketing Area Lead is responsible for driving student enrollment within their assigned area by executing lead generation and awareness initiatives targeted at high school students, parents, teachers, and gap-year students. This role builds strong relationships with key stakeholders (principals, teachers, community leaders), manages on-the-ground marketing events, and ensures Horizon Education’s unique value proposition (USP) and Coaching for Completion & Success are consistently communicated. The role also leads and motivates a team of Marketing Area Coaches, who serve as the front-line personnel in executing outreach and engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Drive student enrollment within the assigned area by executing lead generation and awareness initiatives targeted at high school students, parents, teachers, and gap-year students.
- Build strong relationships with principals, teachers, and community leaders; manage on-the-ground marketing events; ensure Horizon Education’s USP and Coaching for Completion & Success are consistently communicated.
- Lead and motivate a team of Marketing Area Coaches who execute outreach and engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
S1 / Bachelor’s degree in any field1-2 years of experience in student recruitment, outreach, or marketing, preferably in higher educationStrong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience using CRM systems and managing event-based recruitment is a plusWillingness to travel for school visits and outreach eventsPersonality Traits
