Brand & Campaign Strategist

Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, campaign management, or digital marketing (hospitality / startup background is a plus). Strong capability in copywriting is a must. Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital advertising. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Creative thinker with strong project management skills. Understanding and hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Ads) and TikTok Ads . Experience in performance marketing and audience targeting strategies. Salary : IDR 5,000,000 – 7,000,000 per month (depending on experience). Overview
We are looking for a creative and analytical Brand & Campaign Strategist to lead marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth. You will design and execute brand strategies, develop integrated campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
What You’ll Do
- Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
- Collaborate with design, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Manage partnerships, collaborations, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
