Procurement Field Head

Cahaya Jakarta is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior / lead procurement role.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior / lead procurement role.
• Experienced in end-to-end procurement processes for production materials (raw materials, components, spare parts).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, vendor selection, evaluation, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Skilled at preparing procurement analysis reports, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and procurement-related software.
• Solid understanding of procurement compliance, contract law, and import–export regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
